Meghann Butcher
Meghann Butcher is the Founder and CEO of RepSpark, a leading B2B wholesale platform that empowers brands and retailers to scale efficiently in a rapidly evolving retail landscape. With nearly two decades of experience in wholesale operations and SaaS development, Meghann identified a critical gap in the market: outdated tools were slowing growth for emerging and established brands alike. Driven by her vision, she created RepSpark to provide a seamless, data-driven platform that simplifies wholesale commerce, from digital catalogs and line sheets to real-time inventory management and ERP integration. Today, RepSpark serves hundreds of apparel, footwear, and active lifestyle brands, becoming a cornerstone for wholesale growth across the United States and beyond.
Prior to founding RepSpark, Meghann honed her expertise in sales operations and analytics through consulting roles with apparel brands and strategic litigation support. Her early career experience gave her the insight to develop scalable solutions that blend operational efficiency with data-driven insights. Meghann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communications from Vanderbilt University, where she was an active member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, and she has completed professional certifications including the Birthing of Giants Fellowship and GS1 Connect Standards Advocate.
A recognized leader in her field, Meghann has received multiple honors, including the Enterprising Women of the Year Award (2025) and Women We Admire (2022). She is a proud boy mom of three and an advocate for philanthropy, volunteering as a Miracle Circle Member with Miracles for Kids. Passionate about empowering women in tech and SaaS, Meghann regularly speaks on B2B growth, digital transformation, and strategies for scaling emerging brands. Her leadership philosophy combines perseverance, continuous learning, and a commitment to creating opportunities for brands and retailers to thrive together.
