Her Interview
Ten minutes with Melahni
01What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from my commitment to my personal values and consistency. I live what I preach and I'm an open book. This approach has allowed me to build community and help others grow after transitioning from healthcare.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
In middle school, my social studies teacher told me as student council president that I have so many gifts with people and to never deny myself for leading other people because I have a natural gift. That always stuck with me.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Always believe in yourself first.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest thing I'm learning is how important systems are for success. I've tried many systems and assistants, and not everything works for everyone. You have to find the right system that really helps you scale your business so you can serve in a greater capacity.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity and honesty are most important to me.
