01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to building relationships and not looking at the transaction or how much money I'm going to make off of a client. When you help people get what they want, you get what you want.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received is that doing something is always better than doing nothing. Even small steps, progress, and consistent effort can create meaningful results over time. Taking action, learning along the way, and continuing to move forward are essential to growth and success.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Go for it. Don't let anyone hold you back in what you can and can not do. Technology has leveled the playing field. Also, make sure you get a mentor.

The biggest challenge and opportunity in my field right now is AI adoption. It's a challenge because it can create confusion for people in the market.
