Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to embracing the unexpected.
While I once dreamed of attending design school in New York City, life led me down a different path one that brought me into the world of podcasting alongside my husband. What began as a creative outlet quickly became a calling. Today, I coach and inspire others to use their voice with purpose, and I’ve found that the most fulfilling success comes from trusting your intuition, staying open to new possibilities, and turning passion into impact.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to make the right move, not just the easy one. Growth often comes from the uncomfortable steps the ones that stretch your skills, shift your path, and shape your purpose.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Trust your voice even before it feels “ready.”
You don’t need permission or perfect gear to start. What matters most is clarity of purpose and the courage to share your message consistently. Podcasting is not just about talking it’s about listening, learning, and leading with authenticity. Focus on building real relationships, not just downloads. And remember: you don’t have to do it all alone find mentors, ask questions, and surround yourself with people who believe in your potential, even when you’re still finding your way.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest opportunity in my field right now is helping podcasters grow with intention not just more content, but deeper impact.
With so many voices in the space, there’s a real need for strategic support that aligns with a host’s vision, values, and business goals. I see huge potential in helping creators turn their unique ideas into meaningful, client-attracting platforms and making sure their message cuts through the noise with purpose.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

TThe most important value in both my work and personal life is presence.
Whether I’m supporting a client or spending time with my family, I believe in showing up fully with intention, care, and integrity. Quality time with my loved ones fuels everything I do, and I’ve built my business around creating space for what matters most: connection, clarity, and meaningful impact.
