Melinda is a dedicated client services professional in the financial industry. With about 20 years of experience, she supports an advisor by running the office operations. Her responsibilities include answering phones, managing existing client accounts, handling paperwork for account openings, closings, transfers, and rollovers, assisting with distributions, and supporting marketing initiatives. She enjoys the operational side of the business and the variety of working with different clients during both positive and challenging times. Before entering finance, she worked in retail management at Home Depot and Lowe's. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design and Retail Management in 1998 along with an Associate in Retail Merchandising.
