I attribute my success to the guidance and support of several key mentors who have shaped my path. Dr. Sharon Tebow was the first to recognize my potential and inspired me to pursue this field, laying the foundation for my growth. I have also been fortunate to learn from Stormy Break and Ginger Bedell, whose mentorship and guidance have been instrumental in helping me navigate challenges, refine my skills, and achieve the professional accomplishments I hold today.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering this industry to prioritize education, cultivate confidence, and follow their passion. A strong foundation of knowledge equips you to navigate challenges effectively, confidence allows you to assert yourself and your ideas, and passion will sustain your motivation and drive for long-term success.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are lifelong learning, perseverance, and curiosity. I have pursued multiple degrees and certifications, demonstrating the tenacity required to achieve personal and professional growth, and I believe education should be accessible to everyone. I actively leverage the wealth of resources available today, from LinkedIn to online platforms, and I remain deeply engaged in exploring emerging areas, such as the role of AI in education, to continuously expand my knowledge and impact.
