Melinda Sewer Muganzo, M.B.A., ABD, is a dynamic transformational leader, educator, and TEDx speaker with over a decade of experience in higher education and leadership training. As an Affiliate Leadership Instructor at Flex Ed and an engaging college professor, she has helped hundreds of professionals and students cultivate leadership skills, navigate interpersonal dynamics, and unlock their full potential. Currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Leadership at California Baptist University, Melinda is deeply passionate about mentoring others, empowering emerging leaders, and guiding transformative growth through her faith-driven philosophy and strategic mindset.
Beyond the classroom and coaching sessions, Melinda is also a talented musician who plays five instruments and performs professionally as a singer. Her journey has not been without its challenges—both personally and professionally—but her resilience, purpose, and unwavering belief in Divine favor have helped her rise above every obstacle.
