01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being open to opportunities and never saying no. Being open, honest, and authentic is key because you never know where an opportunity will lead you.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women to be authentic and don't be a people pleaser. You have the right to be at that table. This industry is women-friendly and one of the first to break all those glass ceilings.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity and honesty are most important to me. If you have those two pieces, everything else is just working through the problems, but if somebody is not authentic it's really hard to move past any obstacles.
