Melisa Jackson

Melisa Jackson serves as a property manager for S2 Residential, where she oversees operations at a 340-unit community in Antioch. She leads a team of six staff members and is responsible for achieving occupancy goals, maintaining budget compliance, supporting leasing efforts, and ensuring the community remains well-maintained. Jackson manages a multi-million dollar asset and works to provide seamless experiences for residents relocating to the growing Nashville area. She holds a psychology degree from the University of Phoenix and began her career in property management as a leasing agent with Concord in Bradenton, Florida, after being inspired by her sister's work in the field. Previously involved in single-family management, she now focuses on her current role without extensive travel. Jackson is a member of the Nashville Apartment Association and is pursuing candidacy in their guardium ad litum program.
