Melissa Denino

A healthcare market access and health IT professional, she currently serves as Senior Director of Market Access at Innsena, where she leads initiatives focused on healthcare access strategy, stakeholder engagement, and market expansion. Her expertise combines healthcare technology, interoperability, client success, and value-based care transformation.

She has extensive experience supporting healthcare organizations through health information exchange initiatives, onboarding programs, and practice transformation efforts. Prior to Innsena, she held leadership roles at MedAllies and the New Jersey Innovation Institute, where she worked with hospitals, long-term care facilities, and providers to improve interoperability, clinical workflows, and adoption of healthcare technology systems across large healthcare networks.

In addition to her professional leadership, she contributes to healthcare innovation communities through roles with the Realness Project and Health Tech Talk Show.
