What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to choose a career path that allows you to build a stable and fulfilling life—one that enables you to support yourself and your family. Be open to opportunities and change, even if they lead you in a different direction than your degree. Remember, success often comes from the skills and experiences you gain on the job, not just what you learned in school.
