About Melissa
I work in leadership development and coaching, teaching emotional agility, interconnectedness, and communication in both corporate and individual settings. In the corporate world, I help teams connect and interact more effectively in the workplace, serving customer experience more holistically through emotional agility, acuity, and communication skills. I focus on the full customer experience from lead generation to referral, helping businesses connect to their product in a way that allows them to connect to their customers more holistically. I integrate concepts like love languages into customer experience to create more sustainable reach and brand loyalty. On a one-on-one basis, I provide personal leadership coaching using tailored and strategic approaches based on individual goals or aspirations. I also work extensively with personal branding and authentic communication, especially in virtual and social media spaces, training people to speak authentically into a camera and communicate genuinely to their clientele. Before this work, I was a CMO for a legal advertising company, but getting cancer reset my whole trajectory. I experienced firsthand the problem of being an over-worker, overachiever, over-hustler in the corporate world. Now I work to solve that incongruency between work and personal life that leads to burnout and avoidant behaviors like addiction or affairs.
