The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never give up on your dreams, even when the journey feels difficult. Often, the moments of greatest challenge are right before a breakthrough, and persistence during those times can lead to remarkable growth and achievement.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to trust your intuition and never let anyone make you feel that you’re not enough. Tap into your inner drive and passion, and be mindful of the people you surround yourself with—both professionally and personally—as they can greatly influence your growth and success.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is overcoming fear and hesitation around AI. Many organizations and professionals aren’t fully educated or prepared to leverage AI effectively, which presents a tremendous opportunity for those who embrace it to drive innovation and transform the customer experience.
