My advice to young women entering this industry is to trust your intuition and never let anyone make you feel that you’re not enough. Tap into your inner drive and passion, and be mindful of the people you surround yourself with—both professionally and personally—as they can greatly influence your growth and success.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is overcoming fear and hesitation around AI. Many organizations and professionals aren’t fully educated or prepared to leverage AI effectively, which presents a tremendous opportunity for those who embrace it to drive innovation and transform the customer experience.
