I attributed my success to honestly to my hard work and my motivation because I was motivated to be what I've always once I got into I wanted to be a nursing home administrator at first. I wanted to lead in a way that I felt that I should have been treated. I didn't want to be that way. I wanted to change and let them I want to know about their family their children I want them to feel important because ultimately they're the backbones.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received was just do it. Just like Nike. Just do it. Even if you feel like you can't do it, just do it, because I felt like I couldn't do things, and I've actually done it well.
