01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell them to just keep on trusting the process. If you want something and aspire to become something, then being at the right time, at the right place, with the right attitude that counts. Anything that you want to achieve, as long as you're willing to work hard for it, you can achieve. Don't be your biggest hurdle. Don't be your biggest critic. Focus on working hard towards your goal.
