About MELODI

Melody Lambert brings more than three decades of expertise to healthcare sales, specializing in home care and hospice. She began her journey in the industry during high school at a charity hospital assisting with admissions and later worked at the Women's Hospital of Houston. Over the years, she advanced through various sales roles, including form cells, DMS cells, home health sales, and hospice sales, eventually rising to VP of Sales where she leads teams, supports account management, and steps in across departments as needed. Lambert earned a degree in organizational communication, attending Mac Meats briefly before completing her studies at TSU, and she is also a certified ICD and CPT coder. She attributes her success to her upbringing and a focus on putting God first, while emphasizing persistence and collaboration in her professional approach. In addition to her employment, she founded and leads Hawkins Hotshot LLC Logistics, a trucking company established in 2010, and Signature on File Creations, which focuses on baking and custom baskets.

Collaboration, innovation, and quality are most important.
