Melonie Parker is a seasoned Human Resources executive with a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the High Tech and Aerospace & Defense industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Employee Engagement at Google in the San Francisco Bay Area, she has led initiatives that foster collaboration, purpose, and organizational alignment across global teams. Melonie’s diverse experience encompasses executive leadership, talent management, strategic workforce planning, compensation, employee relations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion, enabling her to solve complex enterprise challenges that impact productivity, culture, and business outcomes.
Prior to Google, Melonie held senior leadership roles at Lockheed Martin and Sandia National Laboratories, where she oversaw human resources, communications, and workforce strategy for large, technically complex organizations. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to influence organizational change, develop high-performing teams, and implement programs that strengthen representation, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes strategic problem-solving, mentorship, and coaching, fostering environments where employees can thrive while driving measurable impact.
