She is a dedicated psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and mental health entrepreneur with over nine years of experience providing trauma-informed care to children, youth, and families. As Owner and CEO of Maintaining Normalcy and Balance, Inc., she leads a private practice focused on mental wellness and healing. She also works as an independent contracted therapist and clinical supervisor at Family and Community Partners, LLC, where she provides weekly therapy to children and youth who have experienced trauma, conducts biopsychosocial assessments, develops treatment plans, attends court hearings and team meetings, and provides psychoeducation to families. She also supervises clinical staff, assists with onboarding and training, and ensures HIPAA compliance. Her work includes trauma and risk assessments, individual and family therapy, and supporting youth with problematic sexual behaviors.
