What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from staying relentlessly curious, deeply customer‑focused, and leading with empathy. In a world where technology—and now AI—evolves faster than ever and where Change is the only Constant, I make it a priority to keep learning, experimenting, and adopting new capabilities early. But I balance that with staying human‑centered: listening, understanding context, and building trust. Pairing innovation with empathy, strong communication, and cross‑functional collaboration has helped me turn new ideas into practical, meaningful solutions that drive real business impact.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to stay endlessly curious and never stop learning. Technology evolves too quickly to ever think you’re done. The moment you stop growing, you start falling behind. That mindset has shaped my entire career.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be open to lateral moves. Success is rarely a straight line—it’s more like a jungle gym. Sometimes you climb sideways, diagonally, or even take a step back to move forward. Each direction gives you new skills and a broader perspective that will ultimately accelerate your growth.
Also, Cultivate your network intentionally. Your career is not built alone. Create relationships across teams, not just above you. These connections become collaborators, cheerleaders, advocates, and sources of perspective throughout your career. Over time, aim to build what I call a ‘circle of trust’—a small group of people who challenge you, support you, and give you honest feedback with your best interests in mind. These aren’t just colleagues; they’re the people who help you stay grounded, push you to grow, and remind you who you are as you navigate your career. Having that trusted circle makes you more resilient, more confident, and ultimately more successful.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—is the acceleration of AI across every part of digital experience. The challenge is balancing speed with responsibility: ensuring transparency, trust, ethical use of data, and explainability. But the opportunity is enormous. We can redesign entire customer journeys, simplify decision‑making, and personalize experiences at a level that wasn’t possible even a year ago. The organizations that treat AI as a strategic capability, not a bolt‑on tool, will be the ones that leap ahead.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My guiding values are courage, integrity, and respect. Courage pushes me to innovate and step outside my comfort zone. Integrity keeps me anchored in honesty and accountability. And respect drives me to treat every person and perspective with dignity.
