Her Interview

Ten minutes with Meredith

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to staying open-minded and always being willing to learn something new. I take initiative rather than waiting for opportunities to come to me, and I believe strongly in lifting others as I grow. Being a mentor and investing in the development of others has not only strengthened my teams, but has also helped me grow as a leader.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to never be afraid to ask questions and to speak up—your perspective truly matters. I’ve also learned the importance of being a team player, rolling up my sleeves, and doing whatever it takes to get the job done. Success comes from collaboration, humility, and a willingness to contribute wherever you’re needed most.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women entering this industry to stand tall and be proud of who you are. Let your work speak for itself, but never silence your voice—your ideas and instincts matter. Lead with compassion, support others along the way, and trust your gut when making decisions. Don’t be afraid to take up space, speak up, and stand confidently for what you believe in.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

A major opportunity in my field right now is helping CEOs strengthen profitability and drive sustainable growth through clear strategy and smart decision-making. At the same time, one of the biggest challenges is increasing our company’s visibility so we can reach more businesses that could benefit from our support. The more exposure we gain, the more impact we’re able to make by helping organizations grow their revenue and operate more effectively.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me, both professionally and personally, are respect for others, honesty, and a commitment to excellence in everything I do. I believe strong relationships and meaningful work are built on trust and treating people with care and integrity.

Outside of work, my family is my world—especially my two daughters. I also love spending time outdoors and going on adventures, which helps me stay grounded, energized, and connected to what matters most.
