Meredith Sossman, Esq., CFRE is a seasoned nonprofit leader, attorney, and executive coach with over two decades of experience advancing mission-driven organizations through strategic fundraising, leadership development, and organizational growth. As the Managing Director of MM&C Consulting, Meredith works with startups and nonprofits nationwide to provide high-impact guidance in fundraising, grant strategy, legal risk management, and executive coaching. Her expertise spans higher education, health care, faith-based, and human service organizations, where she delivers actionable solutions that drive sustainable change.
Meredith previously held senior leadership roles at the West Chester University Foundation, where she directed a $50M capital campaign that exceeded its goal ahead of schedule and increased fundraising revenue by over 200% in a single year. A licensed attorney with a J.D. from Temple University, she also holds certifications in telehealth facilitation and new fundraising trends. Meredith brings a unique blend of legal acumen, development strategy, and executive leadership to her work. Deeply committed to equity and access, she is also a board member at Cristo Rey and an advocate for inclusive philanthropy and ethical giving practices.
