Her Story

About Meredith

Meredith Sokora is a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for patient care and a strong foundation in human nutrition and dietetics. A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Meredith combined her love of fashion and people by working as a stylist at Maude Boutique throughout college. Her early experiences in customer service and community engagement laid the groundwork for a career centered on helping others and making a tangible difference in people’s lives.

After completing her degree, Meredith transitioned into healthcare, taking on roles at Baptist Health Medical Center as a Phlebotomist and Patient Care Technician, gaining hands-on experience with patient care. Today, she serves as a Registered Nurse at Washington Regional Medical Center, where she continues to develop her skills and deepen her expertise. Her dedication to compassionate, patient-focused care reflects her commitment to improving health outcomes and supporting those in need.

Beyond her professional work, Meredith has a history of volunteering and mentoring, including time spent as a student nutrition volunteer at Washington Regional and teaching dance to young students. Her background in healthcare, combined with her creativity and leadership in community activities, positions her as a well-rounded professional with a bright future—one she hopes to expand by attending Physician Assistant school to further her impact in patient care.
