About Meredith
She is an early childhood special education and inclusive services professional with experience in statewide systems improvement, EI/ECSE coordination, behavior support, policy guidance, and professional development. She currently works with the Oregon Department of Education as an EI/ECSE Systems Coordinator and Inclusive Services Team Lead, supporting early intervention, inclusion, agency priorities, and public guidance. Her background also includes systems improvement work, Pyramid Model implementation, behavior specialist experience, and part-time faculty teaching at Portland Community College.
