About Meredith
Meredith Wharton is an independent contractor for Mind Garden, a gathering place in Folsom, California. With 12 years in the wellness field, she focuses on improving wellness and fitness for women over the age of 50 through personal training, group classes, and events. Prior to this, she had a corporate career in high-tech communication, which she left after a health crisis involving a multiple sclerosis diagnosis around the time she had her son. She holds a master's degree from Sac State in Communication, certifications for strength and conditioning for people over 50, and a 200-hour yoga certification. Meredith completed a full Ironman triathlon and continues to participate in triathlons. She has been a board member for Hands for Hope Youth Making a Difference for 6 years.
