Her Interview
Ten minutes with Meryl
01What do you attribute your success to?
Making a living and seeing my vision actually happen, and feeling good when clients are happy with the event.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Sleep on it. My partner brings me back down and says audit it and then we'll see what happens tomorrow.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
You've got to be open-minded, and you gotta listen. You have to hear what the prospective client is saying, what they don't like, and make sure you don't include anything that they don't want.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Ethics, being a good human being, and being kind. We are very ethical, we don't stab people in the back.
