At Ready Set Deploy, LLC, I conduct detailed investigations, analyze complex human and organizational dynamics, and support mediation processes with actionable insights. Through Ready Set Deploy LLC, I provide consulting, staffing, and strategic guidance to help organizations navigate conflicts, optimize leadership, and implement effective resolution strategies.

With prior service in the US Army, I specialized in Alternate Dispute Resolution, diversity and inclusion, and leadership training—skills I now apply to civilian mediation and organizational consulting. I also serve as a civil and family mediator through the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, helping parties achieve practical, fair, and sustainable solutions.
