Her Story
About Mia
I'm the CEO and founder of SkyVeil.ai, where we're solving a problem I believe shouldn't exist - the limitation that people can only create digital content on screens but not physical products. What we do is provide a 3D platform where anyone can generate any physical product using AI, and then we bring that physical product to real life using our own proprietary 3D model and our own manufacturing. Right now, people can be vloggers or bloggers and create videos or words on their phones or MacBooks, but they can't create physical products. I felt that shouldn't be blocked, so we're fulfilling that gap. If you can imagine anything, you can not only see it on the screen, but we can produce it out and make it a real thing. My expertise is in AI product development - I was an AI product manager, and my education background is in computer science, so I'm really focused on building AI products that bridge the digital and physical worlds.

Ten minutes with Mia
01What do you attribute your success to?
I would attribute my success to the friends around me, my community, and my parents. Having that support system has been essential to everything I've been able to accomplish.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've ever received was when someone told me, 'I trust what you're doing, and I believe you'll be successful.' That kind of trust and belief from others has been incredibly meaningful and motivating throughout my journey.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say you are as strong as other men. Be brave - nothing should hold you back. Just start to do whatever you want. Don't let anyone or anything stop you from pursuing your goals and dreams in this field.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Right now, there are a lot of opportunities and challenges in my field, but the biggest one is probably that the field is pretty new - not a lot of people are doing physical production with AI. So how to educate the market and get them to trust that we can do the real stuff for them is a real bottleneck. Because this is such a new space, helping people understand and believe in what's possible is one of our greatest challenges.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are honesty, integrity, and resilience. These principles guide everything I do, both professionally and personally.
