Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I have a very supportive husband who is super helpful, especially with our youngest son who has all of his medical issues. But I would say I really have to focus on intrinsic motivation, dealing with my son all day, every day, knowing that I'm doing it for him. That's what keeps me going at the end of the day. My children are the reason that I do what I do. They're the ones who keep me motivated even though there are days I want to quit.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

First of all, from my perspective, it's never too late to start over and do something you want to do.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity and the value of all human life.
