Michele Godleske

Michele Godleske, MBA, PMP, CEBA is a versatile business leader, consultant, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience spanning operations management, sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, technology, insurance, and financial services. She is the head of M Commercial Capital Group, a consulting and lending firm currently in its second launch phase as a blockchain QA–focused financial services company serving small business owners and private equity lenders. Michele holds an MBA from Syracuse University, a certification in Financial Management from Cornell University, and plans to pursue her PhD in 2026. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Throughout her career, Michele has successfully designed and implemented LEAN projects, he emphasizes the importance of capability backed by benchmarked standards, approaching each initiative with a strong foundation of research, precision, and measurable outcomes. Her expertise includes project management, data and performance analysis, IT infrastructure design, customer success initiatives, campaign development, and continuous process improvement, with a focus on tailoring solutions to client needs.

An entrepreneur at heart, Michele has founded three companies, learning firsthand from both successes and setbacks. While her first two ventures faced challenges with cash flow and strategic alignment, those experiences shaped her current mission and strengthened her resilience as a leader. Today, she is dedicated to building sustainable platforms, cultivating long-term client and vendor relationships, and empowering others through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and collaborative growth.
