Currently serving as the Comm+ Strategic Development Manager at ServiceTitan, Michele plays a pivotal role in aligning internal communications, strategic partnerships, and development initiatives to support the company’s mission of transforming the trades. Her leadership is defined by a strong foundation in technical support, budgeting, and team building, along with a talent for streamlining complex operations to deliver measurable impact.

Prior to her current role, Michele spent more than 15 years with Pampered Chef, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Director, and built a thriving consultant network. Her professional journey also includes roles in customer success, business development, and operations management—demonstrating her versatility and dedication to excellence in client service and organizational development. Michele earned her Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Legal Secretary Studies from Northwestern Business College, and continues to be recognized for her collaborative spirit and passion for creating meaningful partnerships.
