Michele Shukait

Michele Shukait has over 30 years of experience in her field. She started her career at Intel in a ground floor opportunity when the legal department had 22 people, and over 10 years helped grow it to over 200. During her time there, she worked on cutting-edge programs including invention disclosure processes, co-branding, and licensing agreements for the Intel Inside campaign. She received an Intel Recognition Award and an Intel Achievement Award for her work under challenging circumstances. She later moved into business development, managing projects in intellectual property and marketing, and has worked on over 200 merger transactions. She holds a master's degree from St. Mary's, which she completed in 2019. She is active with a non-attorney membership in the American Bar Association and has dedicated time to elder care for her parents and managing a wrongful death case for her father over two years, achieving a successful outcome that sets precedent for other families.
