About Michelle

Michelle M. Brown serves as Field Office Manager at Kinetic Potential in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. With approximately five years of experience in the workforce development field, she focuses on assisting marginalized populations such as the unemployed, underemployed, people with disabilities, veterans, and the homeless. Her work involves helping these individuals advance their careers through employment opportunities, training, and retraining initiatives. Brown is a member of the Association of Workforce Development Professionals and has been involved with the American Society of Association Executives, including service on the Young Professionals Committee. She earned her undergraduate degree in counseling psychology with a minor in behavioral science from Washington Adventist University in 1998. In 2022, she completed a master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology from Purdue University. She is currently pursuing a PhD in original and naturopathic medicine at the International Institute of Original Medicine.
