Michelle Adams

Michelle Adams serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Reap Commerce, a digital e-commerce marketing company. In this capacity, she manages business development, sales, outreach, and client management. Before joining Reap Commerce, she worked as Director of Operations for a counseling company, where she developed an electronic medical records system and trained staff to transition from paper notes to digital processes. She also held the positions of Gallery Director for an art broker and Operations Manager for a lifestyle media company. Michelle graduated from the University of Texas with a BS in Communications in 1989. After raising her family, she returned to the workforce and served on multiple professional and community boards. She maintains memberships in Kappa Kappa Gamma, Park City's Historical Preservation Society, and the National Charity League. Michelle enjoys volunteering in the community and practicing yoga in her free time. She credits her success to resilience and advises that it is never too late to start while recommending attention to AI as a valuable tool.
