Michelle Allen

Michelle Allen serves as Director of Operations for a behavioral and mental health services organization focused on youth, which she co-founded with two partners in 2021. After spending approximately 20 years in financial services and communications, where she worked at a top global agency and re-engineered roles before her position was outsourced, Allen transitioned to her current field. Drawing from her longstanding involvement in youth development through church leadership and school systems, she and her family started the business in Indiana to partner with youth and families across the state. The organization helps clients achieve optimal mental health, behavioral management, emotional management, and improved quality of life by providing resources and services, collaborating with the juvenile justice system and schools, and supporting life transitions including adult daily living skills. Under her leadership, the business has grown from serving 10 families to 500 within a couple of years. Allen credits her professional success to empathy for others, the ability to listen without always needing to be heard, a persistent work ethic that seeks solutions, and the steadfast support of family and friends through both accomplishments and challenges.
