She is a distinguished business attorney, entrepreneur, and legal strategist with over two decades of experience in business law, corporate governance, and entrepreneurship, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Equinox Business Law Group PLLC, where she provides general counsel services to businesses at a predictable monthly cost, supporting all aspects of business law including contracts, employment, trademark, governance, and ownership matters. Prior to founding Equinox, she served as Senior Manager of Business Process Analysis at Cingular Wireless, where she led project teams to perform risk assessments and analyze key operational processes, and as a Business Plan Developer at Ignite Venture Partners. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. She also co-hosts The Shrimp Tank, a podcast featuring business leaders.
