01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Lean into your talents. Social work is a relational career. It's about your ability to be able to connect with another person and guide them along the journey that they need for change. So, I use my talents all the time. I love to craft. I love music. I love art, so I lean into my talents. I love building a family atmosphere with one of our working groups. So, I lean into my talents, and that helps me to build my relational health with my clients, and then they trust me, and then I can help them guide them on this journey that they're gonna take.
