Michelle J. Burris

I am an executive leader, sales professional, and entrepreneur with a diverse career spanning operations, real estate, insurance, and healthcare marketing. I currently serve as Chief Executive Officer at RMA, a role I stepped into in June 2026, where I lead organizational strategy, operations, and growth. Prior to this, I served as Chief Operations Officer at RMA for over a year, overseeing operational planning, recruiting, and strategic initiatives.

Alongside my executive role, I have worked as a REALTOR® Sales Agent at Susy Saldivar Real Estate since May 2019, where I help clients navigate the real estate market in Arlington, Texas. I also served as Regional Vice President of Sales at Liberty Bankers Insurance Group for nine months, and as Vice President of Sales for the Southern Region at Jack Schroeder and Associates, LLC, where I held a sales leadership role for nearly one year and previously served as Sales Representative and Account Manager for over four years, building deep expertise in recruitment, presentations, and client relationship management.

Earlier in my career, I served as Marketing and Fundraising Coordinator at the Southeast Arizona Area Health Education Center for over four years, where I contributed to marketing strategy, fundraising, and community engagement in support of health education and workforce development.

Across my career in executive leadership, sales, real estate, and community health, my work has been driven by a commitment to strategic growth, relationship-building, and service. Whether I am leading an organization, selling real estate, or coordinating community health initiatives, I bring a results-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and a dedication to helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals.
