Michelle Coker

Michelle Coker is a filmmaker, creative business coach, and founder of Goddess Frequency Films. She began her film work in 2012 during her AmeriCorps VISTA service, when she produced a documentary series that received an award from the Wisconsin Arts Commission. Coker holds an MFA and completed multiple short films and a thesis film titled O'Shun during her graduate studies, drawing on her immersion in Brazilian culture and themes of generational trauma healing. She earned her undergraduate degree from Duquesne University, where she majored in political science and minored in history. Through her Queen Love Experience coaching program, also known as the Align Creative Academy, Coker supports creatives in developing spiritual clarity, practical business tools, and community connections while emphasizing authenticity, nature immersion, and healing from generational trauma across film genres.
