About Michelle
Michelle Cole has built a career in human resources spanning about 10 years, starting in 2016. Her journey began with the State of Maryland, where she worked in human resources for the comptroller's office for two and a half years before moving to the Department of Health, handling recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement and recognition duties. Prior experience included recruiting and office management roles at Express Employment Professionals and Search Pro. She later served as a Human Resources Manager at a legal firm followed by a health and rehab facility/nursing home.
Currently in a career transition, Cole is developing two LLCs focused on real estate investing, targeting single-family homes, wholesaling, rentals, and Airbnbs, with plans for multi-family properties. She also works as a Business Growth Advisor with Symmetry Financial Group in their Business Enterprise Solutions Coalition division, assisting small business owners with lowering operating costs, increasing profitability, mitigating taxes, and legal strategies.
Cole holds a bachelor's degree in performing and visual arts with a concentration in music, received in 2005, and recently obtained her health and life insurance license. She has a background in community volunteering for nature initiatives and helping those in need, and is planning a blessing box organization or non-profit.
