I would tell young women entering this industry to deeply understand human behavior—knowing what drives people, including yourself, makes you a stronger communicator, leader, and problem-solver, and sets the foundation for lasting professional success.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now revolve around resources—just as in education, having the right tools, support, and access can make all the difference.
