Her Story
About Michelle
Michelle Heiliger has spent 25 years building her career in human resources and related fields. A graduate of Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, with a degree in education, she initially worked as a teacher before pivoting to administrative roles due to economic conditions in Missouri. She earned her PHR certification from the University of Missouri Columbia while working for a QSR franchisee, where she spent 19 years in the restaurant industry helping grow the organization. After personal challenges, she transitioned through construction and consulting before joining Green Arrow three months ago. In her current role, she focuses on building scalable processes for workforce development, training, and M&A integration as the company grows through acquisitions and organic expansion. She also serves as mayor of Wright City, Missouri, in her fourth term and seventh year, and maintains active involvement in professional associations including SHRM National and the Lewis and Clark chapter. Outside of work, she dedicates time to the Dave Heiliger Memorial Foundation and serves as a flight leader for St. Louis Honor Flight.
