About Michelle
Throughout my career, I've been drawn to work that helps people move forward, whether that means improving the way an organization operates, developing leaders, creating meaningful learning experiences, or building communities where people feel supported and connected.
I've never believed that success is measured only by titles or accomplishments. The work that has been most rewarding has always involved bringing people together, solving problems, creating structure from complexity, and helping others recognize opportunities they may not have seen for themselves.
Today, I continue that work through executive operations consulting, nonprofit partnerships, and Leadership Salon Society, an initiative I founded to create a thoughtful space where accomplished women can learn from one another, build meaningful relationships, and grow with intention.
I believe leadership is strengthened by curiosity, generosity, collaboration, and a willingness to keep learning. If there's one piece of advice I hope others carry with them, it's this: don't let doubt, age, or an unconventional path keep you from pursuing work that matters. Some of the most meaningful opportunities begin when you're willing to take the first step.

Ten minutes with Michelle
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to staying curious, never losing my desire to learn, and finding purpose in building things that genuinely help other people. I've also learned that the people you surround yourself with matter. Positive, thoughtful, and supportive relationships have shaped both my career and the person I've become.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I've ever received was simple: don't doubt yourself. If you've done the work, built the experience, and are willing to keep learning, don't let fear convince you you're not ready. Some of the best opportunities come from believing in yourself before anyone else does.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Go for it. Don't let doubt, age, or what you believe is the "standard" career path hold you back. Everyone brings a different combination of experiences and strengths. Focus on the value you can create, continue learning, and don't be afraid to pursue opportunities that feel just outside your comfort zone.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges today is standing out in a world where many people offer similar services or messages. The opportunity is finding the confidence to clearly communicate what makes you different. Technology has created incredible efficiencies, but it can also remove the human connection. I believe people still want authentic relationships, thoughtful conversations, and genuine value.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Kindness, compassion, collaboration, and a strong work ethic guide both my professional and personal life. I believe people do their best work when they feel respected, supported, and genuinely valued.
