Her earlier experience as a Health, Safety, and Environment Coordinator with Oerlikon further strengthened her expertise in environmental management systems, ISO 14001 compliance, EHS auditing, and performance measurement. Acting as a key liaison for regional EHS leadership, she coordinated safety and environmental activities across multiple facilities and supported continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
