I have been working in healthcare for about 9 years now, and I'm currently focused on establishing myself within my current organization and region. I recently transitioned to a new organization and relocated, which has meant realigning with new memberships and connecting with a different chapter. My professional approach is grounded in curiosity, transparency, honesty, and inclusion - I truly believe there's always space for everyone at the table. I'm interested in finding ways to network and facilitate conversations with more people, whether they're internal or external to my current organization, as I continue to build my presence in this new environment.

The values most important to me professionally are curiosity, transparency, and honesty - I kind of view those together. Inclusion is also critical to me; I believe there's always space for everyone at the table. These principles guide how I approach my work and interactions with others in my organization and beyond.
