Currently serving as ECMO Manager at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Michelle has dedicated her career to advancing critical care medicine and supporting patients with the highest level of expertise. She has played a key role in her hospital’s ECMO program earning the prestigious Gold Level Award of Excellence from the Extracorporeal Life Support Organization (ELSO), a testament to her leadership, innovation, and commitment to excellence in patient care.

Her career includes impactful roles as ECMO Coordinator at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Respiratory Care Clinical Educator and ECMO Specialist at Boston Medical Center, and earlier as a Respiratory Therapist and ECMO Specialist at Tufts Medical Center. Michelle’s professional journey is underpinned by her strong academic foundation, including a bachelor’s degree in respiratory care therapy from Boise State University, where she graduated magna cum laude, and an MBA from Fitchburg State University that enhanced her skills in the healthcare profession.
