About Michelle
I love good news and the idea of dreams coming true, so being able to help facilitate and be a liaison in that process means I can impact lives. For years, my focus has been in consumer products, working with business owners, managers, staff, and consumers. I manage markets nationally according to client needs, reporting data and offering advice regarding their programming execution. I work with marketing executives, sales executives, and merchandising executives on new product launches, packaging, product formulation, and understanding how receptive the market is. I convey what the consumer wants and communicate the environment and logistics to help them keep their finger on the pulse of the market so they can best serve their consumer in a market-specific way. What's new is that I'm working with professional product lines, specifically focusing on licensed cosmetologists. I have that background and am in the process of renewing my cosmetology certification. I use my license from a theory perspective as it relates to hair care products. I also use my undergraduate degree and my master's degree in marketing and public relations, which helps with everything I do. I've been fortunate that every competition I participated in, I won. I'm humbly grateful that I can say I am a high-performing, leading professional nationally within what I do. I've received awards given to maybe one person countrywide or the top three people countrywide. I also have a master's degree in adult learning and graduate certificates in training and development, online teaching, and curriculum design, which helps with educating professionals for their continued education hours and staying abreast with ever-changing trends in the market relating to styling, products, and appliances, as well as salon management and financial management.
