The best career advice I’ve ever received is that you can achieve anything you set your mind to—as long as you're willing to adapt to change, because adaptability is the key to sustaining and reaching lasting success.

My advice to young women entering the industry is to stay true to yourself, remain focused, and always be open to making the necessary changes that will keep you on the path to success.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is finding the balance between professional growth and being present for my family, especially as a mother of two daughters, because I believe success at home is just as important as success in the workplace.

Family, commitment, and community are the values I hold most dear—staying in Connecticut to care for my father during his health challenges while still advancing to the top of my career has shown me the importance of balancing personal responsibility with professional ambition, all while giving back through active support of veterans and local causes.
