01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the example set by my parents and their extraordinary work ethic. As immigrants, they worked tirelessly to provide opportunities for our family and instilled in me the determination, resilience, and initiative to pursue my goals. Their sacrifices enabled me to access education and gave me the confidence to become a first-generation business owner. Building and sustaining my own business without a formal business background has been one of my greatest accomplishments, and it continues to motivate me to keep growing.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is to build my career through hard work, consistency, and by staying true to my purpose. I have learned that long-term success comes from showing up every day, continually improving my skills, and remaining committed to meaningful work. My own journey has reinforced the importance of learning through experience while staying adaptable as the digital marketing industry continues to evolve. By embracing change and maintaining a strong sense of purpose, I have been able to grow both personally and professionally.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I encourage young women entering digital marketing to pursue a niche that genuinely aligns with their passions and interests. My passion for mental health and psychology led me to specialize in supporting private practices and therapists, making my work both meaningful and professionally rewarding. By focusing on an industry that inspires you, you can create a deeper impact while building expertise that differentiates you from others. 04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I believe one of the biggest challenges in digital marketing is the increasing level of competition as the industry becomes more saturated. At the same time, the constant evolution of technology presents tremendous opportunities for growth, innovation, and specialization. The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence has fundamentally changed the way marketers work, making continuous learning and adaptability more important than ever. Those who embrace new technologies and refine their expertise will be well positioned for long-term success.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Transparency and collaboration are the foundation of everything I do, both professionally and personally. I believe honest communication and strong partnerships create the best outcomes for clients, colleagues, and teams. Creativity is equally important because it allows me to solve problems, develop meaningful marketing strategies, and deliver work that makes a lasting impact.
