The best career advice I have ever received has come through the guidance and influence of my mentors, including Irene Zhang and James Parker. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to learn from supportive colleagues and leaders who have helped shape my perspective, growth, and approach to success. Their mentorship reinforced the importance of recognizing that success is built not only through expertise and accomplishments but also through kindness, collaboration, and the meaningful relationships we develop along the way. 03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I believe there is a seat at the table for anyone with any skill set in the marketing industry. While marketing is often viewed as a field driven primarily by creativity, there are valuable opportunities for individuals who are analytical, strategic, tactical, or technically minded. My advice to young women entering the industry is to recognize the unique strengths they bring, continue developing their skills, and embrace the many different paths available within marketing. Success comes from finding where your talents align and confidently bringing your perspective to the conversation.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is navigating the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence as organizations compete to lead in innovation while ensuring its responsible and ethical use. I believe the key is finding the right balance between leveraging AI to drive progress, efficiency, and new possibilities while maintaining strong principles around transparency, accountability, and the impact on people. By approaching AI thoughtfully and responsibly, we can harness its potential to create meaningful solutions and long-term value.
