Michelle Paytuvi

Michelle Paytuvi serves as Founder and Director of Communications at Latin Vibes Foundation. In this role, she creates events designed to keep the Latin community connected, particularly supporting Latin individuals who may feel isolated in New York. With around 10 years of experience in her field, Paytuvi previously worked in events, photography, communications, and public relations before founding her organization. She earned her bachelor's degree in communications and public relations in Colombia and later engaged in extensive volunteer work with various non-profit organizations across the United States. Paytuvi finds success in helping improve others' lives through her daily efforts in organizing, planning, and designing initiatives. She values love for one's work, empathy toward people, and enjoying the entire process. Among the advice she offers is to be yourself, trust yourself in pursuing goals, and to listen more to the heart than the head, as much can be accomplished with love. Paytuvi sees opportunities in collaboration between immigrants and citizens while noting challenges in fostering such partnerships.
